Q: How do you keep the product from melting and how long does it last?
A: For Full Service and Drop Off, we transport freshly prepared Pinkberry to you in insulated coolers. There is dry ice in the coolers to keep your Pinkberry chilled. For Full Service, the team keeps the product in the coolers as they serve your guests. For Drop Off, once the team arrives at your event, the Pinkberry is taken out of the cooler and set out for you and your guests. For Pick Up, your order is placed in a reusable insulated bag for you to transport to your event. The product will stay cold for 30-45 minutes depending on the number of cups in the bag.
Q: How much does it cost to have Pinkberry cater?

Q: How do I know what flavors or toppings to choose for my guests?
A: We suggest that you choose original, a tart or fruit flavor, and an indulgent flavor to cover everyone’s tastes. We will help you choose based on what is currently available in our stores and ensure you’ll have a great mix everyone will enjoy!
Q: What if I don’t live by a Pinkberry? Can Pinkberry still cater my event? What is the maximum distance from your store that you will travel?
A: Although there are many Pinkberry locations, there may be places Pinkberry catering can’t reach. Distances vary by market. Please contact us so we can determine if your location is within our service area. We want to ensure that when we serve Pinkberry, we maintain the integrity of the product so that you have the best Pinkberry experience. If you are too far away from a Pinkberry store, the yogurt may suffer in transport and compromise the quality.
Q: What type of Pinkberry Catering services are offered?
A: Full Service, Drop Off, and Pick Up. For both Full Service and Drop Off your Pinkberry will be prepared fresh for your event in the sizes and flavors you choose. We usually bring 6-8 toppings and recommend an assortment of fruit, dry, and liquid toppings. For Pick Up, you can call your local store the day of your event to pick up smaller orders in an insulated bag to take to your event.
Q: What do I need to do to get ready for a Full Service Pinkberry Event?
A: For Full Service our Team Members stay at your event to top and present each Pinkberry to your guests just like we do in the store. Pinkberry will serve you and your guests for up to 2 hours. When we get to your event location we need a 6’ table, or as much table space as you can give us, so we can set up your toppings. We will also need a place behind or near the six foot table to store insulated coolers.
Q: What do I need to do to get ready for a Drop Off Pinkberry Event?
A: For Drop Off, Team Members set up your Pinkberry frozen yogurt and toppings in a designated area for you and your guests to top on their own. You should have a 6’ table available, or as much table space as you can give us, so we can set up your products. Upon drop off of product, you become responsible for keeping the product frozen or have it served immediately to your guests in its reasonable temperature state.
Q: What do I need to do for my Pick Up Order?
A: Our Pick Up option is a great way to manage your last minute event or gift needs. Just contact your local store and we will have your order ready within 30 minutes. Use the store locator to find your nearest Pinkberry. As a reminder, once you pick up your Pinkberry treats, although packed with ice, you will need to consider thawing time to your destination.
Q: How far in advance can I order?
A: We will be happy to take your order at any time. For events that are more than a month away, you may secure the date and time during your call. However, keep in mind all flavors and toppings rotate seasonally and current flavors at time of call may not be available day of actual event. You will need to call one week in advance to confirm your flavor and toppings selection.
Q: How long does it take to get a response to my inquiry form?
A: We will respond to your inquiry within 48 hours. If your event is within the next 48 hours, contact your local store using the store locator.
Q: Do you confirm the order or send a reminder?
A: We will confirm your order at the time you make your final choices. We will also call you the day before the event to reconfirm details and collect final payment.
Q: How can I pay for my order? Is my info secure?
A: Payment can be made over the phone with a credit card or with a credit card authorization form. Credit cards are not kept on file and are discarded safely.
